Melodeon - Robyn Wallace is an accomplished melodeon player and percussionist, originally from Rochdale. Influenced by playing in brass bands as a child, as well as the playing of leading English box-players, they teach both music and clog in Sheffield, and play squeezebox in the Bellamira Ceilidh Band. My incredibly talented friend, melodeon player, singer and songwriter Lucy Huzzard has decided to step back from the Rosie Hood Trio. It has been an absolute joy playing with Lucy over the past few years. I will really miss her skilful playing and beautiful voice in my band but Nicola Beazley and I will equally miss her delicious vegan food at band practices, excellent podcast recommendations and wonderful company on tour.
